Nokia N900 is a Linux (Maemo) based tablet/smartphone
August 29th, 2009 | by admin |Nokia is going to add another masterpiece to their Nseries.This new nokia phone is named N900 another interesting this about this phone is that this is a Linux (Maemo) based tablet/smartphone.With the capability of multitasking and will be much faster in performance as compare to symbian OS which is being used in most of the nokia mobile phones.
The Nokia N900 packs a powerful ARM Cortex-A8 CPU much like the Apple iPhone 3GS, Palm Pre and Samsung Omnia HD and offers hardware graphics acceleration and 256MB RAM.
On the other hand this new tablet/smartphone will have all the software required for your daily tasks(e.g. Adobe flash player,Mozilla-based Maemo Browser,Media player and much more).
Nokia N900 will be available from October this year so we won’t have to wait too much.The cost of this tablet/smartphone will be 500 euro.
