Microsoft shuts off Live Messenger in Some Countries
May 22nd, 2009 | by admin |Microsoft has shuts off Live Messenger service in North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Sudan and Syria.If any users of these countries tries to sign into Live Messenger they will receive the following error message.
810003c1: We were unable to sign you in to the .NET Messenger Service.
But users of these countries can still use Live Messenger by changing their locations in their profiles.
